（联合早报网讯）本地组屋首次在“建筑质量评估指数”中得分突破95分，质量可媲美私人公寓。
位于实龙岗路上段的优质组屋Hougang Capeview，是首个建筑质量评估指数（Construction Quality Assessment System，简称CONQUAS）得分超过95分的公共住屋项目。该项目也因此获得建设局今年的“CONQUAS之星”称号，这一头衔颁发给所有CONQUAS得分高于95分的项目。
建屋发展局是以建设局制定的建筑质量评估指数，作为衡量组屋质量的独立标准，包括建筑物的发展、设计、建设、操作和维修等方面的表现。
Hougang Capeview是今年获颁建屋局常年建筑奖的预购组屋项目之一。今年的12个得奖者中，九个住宅项目的CONQUAS得分都超过90分，超过88.2分的全国平均得分。
