Industrial Postgraduate Programme (IPP) Ph.D. scholarship scheme jointly developed by the Ministry of Education, Economic Development
Board (EDB) and local universities in Singapore. Applicants who are successful in their IPP applications will
continue to work in the company, while being enrolled for Ph.D. studies in
either Nanyang Technological University (NTU),National University of Singapore (NUS) or Singapore
University of Technology and Design (SUTD).
