关于NUS career fair的问题

下学期都会有很多公司在NUS的recruitment talk, 还有一个貌似隆重的career fair，在此想问一下学长们关于此方面的一些经验，比如resume 是不是很重要，成功率是不是很低，公司是否会在未毕业情况下Interview之类。

望学长们share一下经验，谢谢！

talks and career fair are just opportunities for you to know the company
you don't need to submit your resume then,

most interviews actually start before graduation date, some start from last semester. Many big company's campus recruitment has actually come to the end by this time.
