赫赫 中介当然不会找中介了。。。谢绝中介的意思 其实也就是 don't open to co-broke 也就是说他只是要找直接的卖家 不要找已经有中介的卖家这些广告的目的主要是为了找listing的，打广告的中介手上可能真的有ready buyer,也可能真的没有不过他拿到owner的exclusive之后，自然会帮owner去找buyer找屋子的话其实没太多好犹豫...

公证书有用的就是它的翻译吧？公证书有用的就是它的翻译吧，而不是因为它是公证处出的公证？所以推理得出，只要带有学位证，毕业证，出生证明，结婚证，林林种种的证书原件，去高等法院翻译，然后就可以使用了？我不懂，请大虾指教！
