f 出生证明加上新加坡高等法院的翻译就可以了，理论上讲出生证明是医院开的，但是派出所开的证明也行得通，这个文件主要是用来证明你的出生日期与地点以及父母亲的，我知道的情况有在医院开的（需翻译）、有在派出所（公安局）开的（需翻译），还有拿户口簿在公证处做的（这个无需另外翻译了）

g 闻所未闻，我所知的都是需要现任雇主的证明，你在哪里看到这项要求的，麻烦给个链接

h 过去6个月的工资单与过去3年在新加坡的税单，不足3年就带你少于3年的，无需带其他地方的税单

不用理会(b)identity card，只要提供护照和EP卡的原件和复印件就行了。

birth certificate最好是国内户口所在地公证处开出来的出生公证。不过，我也有朋友没有在户口所在地办出生公证，而是在出生地的派出所开了证明，在出生地的公证处办的出生公证书。

不需要让以前的雇主给你开证明，只需要在Form 4A上如实填写工作经历。通常ICA是不会去核实你所填的工作信息的。

只需要提供在新加坡的报税单。报税的单据在IRAS的网站上可以查到并打印出来。

顺便说一句，通常在申请PR时，是要去补交材料的，因为就算是准备的再仔细，也可能会漏掉哪个材料。一般移民官会先审合你准备好的材料，然后让你补交你缺的材料。

这里需要提醒的是所有你提交的Certificate是需要公证或翻译的，所以如果你只对学位证做了公证，而没对毕业证做公证的话，就不要提交毕业证，除非是移民官要你提交。结婚证也是需要公证或翻译的，如果你没有在国内做结婚证的公证，那你需要去新加坡的高等法院做个英文翻译。

你说的对，公证书（中英文都有）有用的其实就是它的翻译，不然原件就够了。
