EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION SPECIALIST (FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME)
JOB SPEC SUMMARY
We have been blessed with the sweetest twin boys and they are turning five months in July.
We are searching for kind-hearted, child-loving individuals with a sunny disposition, who would delight in teaching and indulging in designed-play with the twins, multiple times a week, several hours each time.
You don’t need formal early childhood education credentials—but we would value highly candidates who love books, who speak well, and who have an attractive gentleness. If you have been educated at the world’s best schools and universities, that certainly helps.
We want to keep the time requirements of this job open and flexible, because we want the most suitable candidates to feel happy and fulfilled in our exciting baby development project.
The work location is in the vicinity of Bukit Timah-Dempsey-Holland Road, in the central part of Singapore.
Remuneration is commensurate with your educational and career detailing, and designed for you to enjoy a fulfilling stint.
We as parents will work together with you to provide a steep developmental upcurve for the boys’ development, while enjoying abundant joy and laughter.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Be the boys’ educator and play-teacher.
Teach your native language—whether Chinese, English, or French. Tell stories. Read stories. Create a vocabulary-rich learning environment.
Teach math. Make it fun. Build an early foundation for strong quantitative and coding skills.
Use song and music. Dramatize. Use flash cards and other educational devices.
Work with the parents to use designed interaction and play in order to help develop the twins’ visual-spatial, bodily-kinesthetic, and socio-emotional skills.
Be a cheerful, calm and happy educator and play-mentor.
