我买的HDB first appointment已经完成，second appointment还没有完成。前几天收到一封singapore land authority的信。主要内容如下：

This is to inform you that a caveat has been lodged against your property referred to in paragraph 2.
2. A caveat is lodged by someone (known as a caveator) who claims an interest in your property, usually as a buyer or as the bank from which you obtained a loan or as the buyer's bank. Details of the caveat are:
PROPERTY: 我买的hdb的地址
CAVEATOR: DBS BANK
CLAIMING AS : Mortgagee
LODGED BY: 我的律师的名字
3. you do not need to take any action if you agree wiht the caveatgor's claim. Otherwise, please consult your lawyer.
