Graduate Associate Program (Floatpool)
Purpose
- To keep the RIs young with constant steady turnover of human capital and expose fresh graduates to relevant R&D skills and subsequently spin them out to the industry
Critieria for hire
- Minimum 1st and 2nd upper class honours Singaporeans or Singaporean PR (of ASEAN nationality) from NUS/ NTU with less than 2 years of working experience
- Fresh Master degree with no working experience
Terms of offer
- 2 year contract
- Good performers may be considered for MSc and PhD training programs
