不过他们都是在读书的实验室做RA之类的工作
研究性质的工作，应该是不可以在公司工作，然后兼职读PhD吧

Properly no for your case
Since you were taking 10 modules for MSc, I think you were taking Master by Coursework not master by research.
PhD programs are all by research and therefore they accept graduates from Master by research but not by coursework, as far as I know.
There are part-time PhD programe but subjected to the special requirements and usually case by case. For example, if you are doing PhD program but want to go to work as well, you could discuss with your superviser and the department in order to convert the full time phD program to part time program. Meanwhile, there are some research institutes offer part time PhD opportunities to their research staff while they are working there, such as Nestle Research center, Switzerland, or some A-Star institutes.
For your case, I am afraid you have to start from Master by research then upgradte it to PhD prgram.
