Pls advice: If new employer require me to give the payslip of previous employer

RT: The new employer require me to give the payslip of previous employer. If I don't want to give to them. What should I say? Is it compulsary? Thanks in advance.

usually it is an HR policy...you can say, "Oh, i throw away all of them", but then they will ask for your offer letter....so better give them

Many thanks to 大象. The situation is:My precious employer don't have pay slip. They are using e-system to show it. Whther I can just provide the income Tax letter to serve the same purepose?
