Project scope:
1. Write an application that can be embedded in a mobile phone (mobile 2003/2005, Symbian, etc) after 1st time installation and cannot be uninstalled even hard-reset.
2. During installation, user will be prompted to enter an key. This key will also be stored and cannot be removed.
