OCS – Optional Component Scheme Flat buyers can choose to have the following component(s) installed in the flat:- For 3-room and bigger flats (i) Floor finishes (ii) Internal doors and sanitary fittings (iii) Kitchen partition wall (where applicable) The cost of the chosen component(s) will be added to the flat price.
