Roles and Responsibilities:
To assist HRD in every aspect of administration matters relating to the Titan Maritime Institute (TMI) project. The scope will include but not limited to:
Research, collate and write-up of a wide spectrum of TMI related projects and assignments
Assisting the TMI HR Manager in HR related services, which includes:
1. Assisting in recruitment
2. Assisting in manpower planning, budget planning, organization charts updating etc.
Provision of English and Mandarin translation services
Provision of secretarial services during TMI meetings and subsequent follow-up actions
Assisting in both internal and external liaisons and coordination of meetings
Requirements and Qualifications:
Degree or MBA holders in any discipline. Fresh graduates will be considered
Proficiency in fluent English and Mandarin, written and spoken. Candidates with practical experience in English and Mandarin translations are highly preferred
Good communication and presentation skills
Good PC skills in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
High energy and possess potential to assume leadership positions in the medium-term
Strong team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organization, interpersonal, and project management skills
Willing to relocate and travel, as travelling may be required as per project requirements
