Business Development Manager/Executive (China Market)
HMI has a collaboration with Linyi People’s Hospital in Shandong, China, to train China nurses for international placements, and is seeking to develop more such collaborations in other parts of China. The Group is also actively expanding its healthcare consultancy activities in China.
Main Accountabilities
1.Initiate strategic analysis of key business issues, revenue opportunities, risk and business positioning studies for the China Healthcare/Education unit.
2.Develop and implement business plans for the Healthcare and Education businesses in China and other markets.
3.Develop collaborative relationships with key healthcare regulatory bodies, hospitals and universities to ensure the successful implementation of projects in China.
Qualifications and Experiences
1.Keen business acumen, good written and oral marketing presentation skill, resourceful, meticulous, resilient and willing to travel. Working experience in the healthcare/education industry or MBA will be an added advantage.
2.Must be effectively bi-lingual in English and Mandarin.
3.Willing to travel and/or be located in China.
4.For Manager position: min. degree holder with 5 years of relevant work experience.
5.For Executive position: degree holder with 2 years of relevant work experience preferred. Fresh graduates with honors degree are welcome to apply.
Web Application Designer
In line with HMI’s drive to expand its healthcare training and consultancy activities in China, HMI Institute of Health Sciences is focused on developing an online learning platform and customer relations marketing program to support the Group’s initiatives.
Main Accountabilities
1.Work with education department and IT vendor to create an engaging and interactive online learning system.
2.Develop digital games, banners, demos and eMailers to support marketing of the online learning system.
3.Maintain and update HMI Group websites, administration system and intranet, as well as develop materials such as user guides.
4.Assist education department to collate content materials and translate them into the final web-based content.
5.Expected to think creatively and develop solutions based on strategic briefs.
6.Provide basic IT and multimedia related support.
Qualifications and Experiences
1.Diploma or Degree in Information Technology/ Multimedia Technology or equivalent.
2.Proficient in multimedia software and possess good understanding of web-based courseware design.
3.Self-motivated team player with an eye for detail who is able to work independently and meet deadlines.
4.Strong English and Chinese writing skills, with strong ability to analyze content materials and translate them into IT-based learning courseware.
5.Additional programming knowledge and skills are a plus.
6.Fresh graduates are welcome.
