Responsibilities:
Take in business strategy; mirror it with staff competence profile, to come up with priority competence improvement needs for Original Equipment Manufacuter and Business to Business (B2B) Direct sales team;
Conceive and develop effective and efficient learning methodologies that are within affordability in terms of budget and management time;
Line up resources to make happen the learning mechanism, through own involvement and through other people. (e.g. through coaching, facilitating, etc.);
Organize and participate in sales panel to assess staff’s competence level and provide solutions in addressing the competence gaps.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in sales, marketing or HR managerial position;
Strong business sense with strong stakeholder management ability;
Ability of providing solutions in the area of people competence development;
Strong analysis and problem solvinng with strong strategic thinking and execution capability;
