Responsibilities:
Provide a sound analysis of the business requirements to support the development of Business to Business/Lubricants Sales & Marketing IT strategy; Assess business change initiatives & requests whilst ensuring overall integrity of the systems design/proposals with due consideration on overall integration impacts and opportunities brought about by each change;
Provide sound estimates for costs and timeline with clear identification of risks and mitigation strategies;
Participates and supports merge & aqusition activities and on-boarding of acquired entities;
Analyze, recommend sound, workable and cost effective solutions, taking into account the integration and supportability aspects of the legacy or new target applications;
Actively participates in the process and system design efforts;
Support and facilitate the IT Projects to ensure successful end-to-end delivery.
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years relevant working experience;
Strong IT background, sound knowledge of one or more of the core IT systems and SAP experience is essential;
Experienced in project management & broad knowledge of the Business to Business/Lubricants Sales & Marketing application portfolio;
Strong business analysis skill and ability to translate business requirement to an IT functional requirement;
Strong interpersonal skills;
Strong communication skills and effective in articulating ideas.
