Role Description and Requirement:
You produce business conferences for industry leaders. You research, identifying the topics and speakers that make the difference in your conference’s industry. You’re responsible for confirming CXO level speakers and helping identify potential sponsors.
You’re also closely involved with the rest of the team in the marketing, sales and other operations that make your conferences so successful. You know that learning this much this quickly, will have an amazing effect on your career.
The fact you’d already had some experience with conference production or writing business articles, was in your favour to get this job. But really it was your inquiring mind, excellent degree and inventive approach that marked you out.
You are inquisitive, commercial minded, analytical, keen interest in current affairs, engage well with senior level management members, extremely results driven, hardworking & energetic, comfortable working in a time-critical environment, don’t mind making lots of cold calls for research purpose, excellent communication and writing skills.
You are curious about industry trends, you like to talk to senior executives from around the world on the phone, you like to make your event commercially successful so it earns you a big profit share!
