看到不少前辈说的都是前半年可以换一次 这家说第一年可以无限换 中介包食宿 不懂有没有什么猫腻 换得话290的admin费贵吗 谢谢
　
Fees 1. Agency Service Fee for new/Ex-abroad/Ex-Sin Filipino maid is either $790 (Package A) or $990 (Package B).　　For Package A, you pay the placement fee in a lump sum when we handover the maid to you.　　For Package B, you pay the first 2 months placement fee in a lump sum and the remaining months placement fee with a few postdated cheques (e.g. if the placement fee is $500 x 7 months = $3500; you give us a cheque/cash of $1000 and 5 postdated cheques of $500 each).　　　 　　　　　　　　　　　 　　　　　　　　　　　　The following fees are already included:
MOM Work Permit Application Fee Air Fare to Singapore Runner fee to pick up maid from Changi Airport Food and Lodging in Singapore Runner fee and First Medical Test in Singapore Runner fee and SIP Course (if applicable) Domestic Training in Singapore MOM eIssue Work Permit Fee Thumb Printing at MOM 　 2. Insurance premium is $246.10 (without the optional "runaway bond") or $299.60 (inclusive of the $53.50 "runaway bond"). For Fresh or Ex-Sin Filipino maids, you are required to purchase the Philippines Embassy bond which costs $37.45.　　Hence total of $337.05. 　 3. Placement fee (also known as maid's loan) varies from maid to maid (as stated in the respective biodata) and is payable when you takeover the maid.　　Maid loan $2500-$3500 recoverable from first 5-7 months of maid's salary. During first 5-7 month, she will not have off days and $20/off day/mth is applicable on top of her salary in lieu of no off day.　　　If any maid is returned to my agency for transfer, any "unearned portion of the　placement fee" is refundable　to you. 　 Replacement Maid Policy 4. All our packages come with　unlimited number of replacement of maids during the first 12 months　of the contract. Admin fee is $0 (for first replacement). Admin fee is $290 (for 2nd　replacement onwards). 　 5.　　When you return your existing maid to my agency for transfer,　my agency bears all food and lodging fees　till the maid is transferred out.
