Requirements:
-A Level/Poly/Degree with engineering background is preferable;
-At least 1- 2 years of admin experiences;
-Ability to work independently;
-Good communications skills, able to converse effectively in English and Mandarin;
-Strong PC software skills (MS Words, Excel);
-To commence work within short notice;
Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support;
- Process P/O, D/O and invoice;
- Build up customer database;
- Liaise with suppliers and customers;
- Monitor delivery procedures and schedules;
- Organize miscellaneous documents;
