国内的公证处办的，5-7个工作日能拿
我是今年申请的pr，不需要身份证的。
出生证明国内公证处出的有中英文的就可以啊
身份证不用翻译
倒是学位证翻译不知道哪里弄比较好（现在有这些新要求之后）
