The importance of the resume is pretty self-explanatory. The more pertinent issue is how to write a good one. Well, if you are wrestling with your resume right now or hope to suffer less writing it in the future, we might just have the right people to help you do that—3 distinguished consultants, by profession and by experience (see below “Guest Speakers” for more detailed reason why you should listen to them!). Spencer Fan, Associate Consultant, Bain & Company. Graduated from National University of Singapore with a B.Eng. in Bioengineering, and from Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a M.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering.

Three categories will be covered in the Resume Critique Section: 1. Consulting and Finance; 2. Marketing and general business; 3. Technical Position. You are welcomed to submit your resume to the speakers for the Critique Section, by sending your resume to
[email protected], with the title follows the format of "Category (for example, Consulting and Finance) -YourName.doc". Free critique of the selected resumes will be presented by our distinguished guest speakers in public, without showing the sensitive information (for example, name, contact details and etc). Please note your resume will be kept confidential in this process.
