Job Description:
In charge of daily sales of Garena Prepaid Cards
Build up and maintain close relationship with Garena prepaid card distributors
Work with game team on promotions for prepaid card distributors
Analyze sales data and formulate strategies to boost prepaid card sales
Requirements:
Degree holder or with previous relevant experience
Highly self-motivated and organized
Passion in online games industry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Operation Executive (LAN Shop System)
Job Description:
Member of the Channel Distribution team, focusing on a LAN shop management product that the company is rolling out in the region
Be the domain expert of the product and provide technical training and assistance to overseas local office distribution and technical teams
Follow up customers’ issues related to the product
Provide on-site visit and customer support to the LAN shops when required
Requirements:
Degree holder, major in computing or related discipline
Good technical skills, knowledge in computer hardware, network and Windows system is highly desired
Good problem solving and analytical skills
Basic programming skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must be willing to travel overseas
