红烧鸡翅

材料:鸡翅 姜 葱 蒜


做法:鸡翅斩段,洗干净用厨房纸擦干,用盐 鸡精 胡椒粉 少许五香粉腌制30分钟。大火烧红锅将油烧热将姜葱蒜爆香,加入鸡翅,炒至金黄,下糖,炒至鸡翅上色,加入豉油 酒 蚝油 鸡精 炒至将干身,加入清水(刚没过鸡翅)煮至收汁,完成。

蕃茄炒蛋

材料:姜 葱 蛋 蕃茄

做法:先将蛋煎熟,切成块待用。将油烧热,加入姜 葱 炒香,加入蓄茄炒至出汁,加糖 醋 一丁点盐,及少少水 及蛋加盖闷一分钟,勾芡,加青葱装饰即成。

芦筍牛肉

材料:牛肉 芦筍 豆豉 姜 蒜

做法:牛肉横纹斜刀切片,用少许盐 豉油 鸡精 胡椒粉 蛋 生粉 腌好。用姜炒至八成熟,备用。芦筍斜刀片段,用油炸至皮皱,捞起备用。将油烧至7成热,将姜蒜豆豉爆香,加入酱油 蚝油 适量辣油 糖 鸡精 炒香加入牛肉及芦筍番炒至均匀即成。

广东烧肉

材料:五花肉 盐 鸡精 糖 五香粉 胡椒粉
做法:五花肉洗干净干水,擦上盐 鸡精 糖 五香粉 胡椒粉 在皮上插上密密的小孔,皮朝上放进冰箱里最少24小时以上。烤箱预热在390f,1小时,将五花肉用铁枝定型,皮上擦层油后,皮朝上入烤箱大约1小时,完成.(由于烧肉以前我已贴过,所以材料及过程就不上图片了,直接上成小吧)

做法:薯苗一定要将梗的表皮撕掉,洗干净,干水,备用.咸虾将与盐 糖 鸡精 辣酱调好备用.大火将油烧至9成热,爆香蒜将薯苗加入马上盖上盖子,保持猛火3-4分钟,将准备好的虾酱加入,快手炒匀即成.
