Requirement
- To provide Level 1 & 2 help-desk and user support
- Maintain, troubleshoot and deploy Windows based desktop systems
- Manage all IT assets (Hardware tracking and Licenses-Compliance)
- Document company related IT know-how and Operating Procedures
- Involve and support IT projects
Responsibility
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in Windows based desktop maintenance
- Excellent technical knowledge and practical experience in above mentioned Windows based systems and applications
- Practical experience in troubleshooting network connectivity issues
- Ability to read and understand IT related technical documents
- Excellent verbal and writing skills in English and Mandarin
Candidates familiar with below software/hardware will have an added advantage
- Windows based server systems (Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008)
- Microsoft SQL 2000/2005
- Microsoft Office XP/2003/2007
- 10/100 Megabit switched Local Area Network with Gigabit backbone
- MPLS based Wide Area Network
