新加坡公司直招HR培训师,需要3-5年HR经验, 其中要至少1年的培训经验。要能够接受去缅甸出差。具体信息如下:

HR Executive


Responsibilities:

Co-ordinate performance management process including performance appraisal and measurement systems implementation
Oversee and manage compensation and benefits policy
Provide professional support and guidance in the area of talent management and people development
Develop, update and implement the employee welfare and human resource policies. Manage staff welfare (e.g. leave & absences, medical, insurance)
Translate business strategies into appropriate HR actions
Oversee and handle internal staff communications and employee relations
Design and Deliver HR training sessions for external customers:
Recruitment and Selection
Performance Management System
Employee Rewards
Compensation & Benefits

Requirements:

Degree from a recognized university and relevant postgraduate HR qualifications with 3-5 years of HR experience
Strong understanding of compensation and benefits including performance-based compensation plan design, salary structuring, performance management and measurement systems
Proven organizational skills with attention to details and the ability to prioritize
Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all organization levels (including C-level), both internally and with external parties
Willing to be stationed in Myanmar
At least 1 year experience facilitating HR training sessions
