To provide administrative duties support.
Travel arrangements - booking of flights, transportation, hotel booking.
Sign for and distribute courier services.
Sort and distribute incoming mail to areas and staff within the organisation and dispatch outgoing mail.
Research, price, and purchase office furniture and supplies.
Handle data entry, filing, scanning of documents and expenses claim.
Handle customer's enquiries and liaising with walk in customers on servicing issues.
