Reliability Engineers

Responsibilities
　　　 Develop and manage 5-year site and equipment reliability plans, including identification, development and implementation of site reliability strategies and initiatives.
　　　 Lead reliability implementation, stewardship and reporting of all recommendations of the various individual equipment reliability plans, supporting mitigation of key reliability risks.
　　　 Advise on Risk Assessment and Risk Based Work Selection (RBWS) processes, for consistent RBWS application.
　　　 Perform reliability data analysis to identify high return improvement opportunities for input to business team for implementation.
　　　 Lead/participate in reliability incidents investigation / root cause failure analysis (RCFA) processes. Coordinate and steward implementation of recommendations to completion.

Requirements:
　　　 Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Science in the related field e.g. Mechanical/ Instrumentation/ Electrical/ Material/ Chemical Engineering.

　　　 At least 5 years’ engineering or maintenance experience. Recent experience in a reliability role will be an advantage.　
　　　 Good leadership, teamwork, analytical, communication and coordination skills. Ability to lead and influence a multi-disciplinary group in driving site reliability improvement without direct authority.
　　　 Expertise in reliability and maintenance work processes and methodology, e.g. Reliability Centered Maintenance, Risk Assessment, RBWS.
　　　 Good PC knowledge and familiar with SAP, MS Access and Excel software



Machinery Engineers


Responsibility:
　　　 Provide engineering expertise support to the Singapore Manufacturing Complex (SCP and Refinery) for safe and reliable operations. The work includes engineering assessments, engineering design,　 trouble-shooting and root cause failure analysis, long term equipment improvement initiatives and providing engineering solutions to issues in specific field
　　　 Provide engineering expertise support for project managed in the Singapore Manufacturing Complex (SCP and Refinery)
　　　 Provide support for maintenance work
　　　 Key contact for their area of expertise
　　　 Provide technical training as required in the area of expertise


Requirements:
　　　 Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
　　　 Sound engineering knowledge in the respective engineering field
　　　 Experienced in equipment engineering specifications and standards
　　　 Familiar with industrial standards, local codes and ExxonMobil practices
　　　 An effective team player with good communication & interpersonal skills
