2. The Halia Restaurant

座落在植物园中心地带，Halia在马来语中是生姜的意思！因为在所处的位置在植物园里的姜园，很应景的店名。西餐种类繁多，包含了各式西式料理。两个招牌菜：一便是烹制了12个小时的排骨，酱香四溢，质嫩爽口，而且量还出奇的大！另外一道是辣椒螃蟹意面(Chili Crab Spaghetti)，将传统的新加坡美味与西方的意面相结合，口感棒，创意佳！到了晚上还有现场表演，不想排队的吃货们提早预约哦！
