病房患者服务助理的工作类似receptionist的工作，需要和病人及病人家属打交道。主要负责帮病人在医院系统里注册，缴费和预约的工作。
具体要求如下：
Patient Service Associate
- customer service or admin working experience is preferred
有服务业工作经验者优先
- good English communication and customer service skills
良好的英文交流能力，最好会中文或者福建话，广东话者，主要服务对象是本地年长人士及家属。
- shift work will be available for several departments
愿意倒班（两班/三班）者优先
