1. Spouse and unmarried children (below 21 years old) of a Singapore Citizen/ Permanent Resident.”
That is the only requirement.
但申请成功与否主要看你个人条件。

你帮老婆申请的话 主要看你的条件
结婚了就行 不需要有娃
好像只要结婚就好
有没有孩子没关系，当然最重要的是lz本人的条件，还有你老婆的工作等情况。批不批就看这些了。

就跟自己申请pr一样，ICA上写着基本是个人就行，但是大概需要什么条件都是大家摸索出来的嘛。母驼驼之前自己申请已经被拒了几次了，所以这次想慎重一点
