Responsibilities Manage a team of highly-talented Google employees to drive towards process excellence and transformational change. Manage key outsourced suppliers, consultants and in-country payroll service providers. Drive standardization and continuous optimization of internal business processes affecting payroll operations. Manage multiple diverse and complex projects including new entity launches, online tool deployments, and mergers and acquisition integration. Partner with upstream and downstream stakeholders to maximize alignment and collaboration; work closely with compliance team and benefit owners to identify and resolve payroll compliance issues. Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. 12 years of relevant work experience. Experience mitigating financial and operational risk in an operations environment. Preferred qualifications: Relevant experience in project management, change management, and process improvement. Strong financial operations, payroll or HR process experience. Success leading complex, operational initiatives and system implementations in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment. Ability to successfully manage complexity, ambiguity and multiple priorities. Ability to lead a team and set strategic vision. Excellent influencing and relationship skills.
