职位:HR 助理
工作职责:
Payroll processing,prepare monthly payroll summary
Submission of CPF,Government paid leave claim reimbursement
Handling other MOMrequired issue
Support the HR head in fullspectrum of HR functions such as recruitment, shortlisting of candidates andinterview arrangements and conduct interviews, also provide interview report tomanagement
Employee PerformanceManagement, employee relations, training and development.
Apply, renew, canceland appeal for Work Pass (EP, S pass, Work Permit and LOC), at the same timekeep track on the work pass’s expiry date and renew foreign staff work pass
Maintain and update allstaff leave and medical recork
Maintain HRsystem(Times software).
Record importantmeeting and take minutes.
Maintain excellentfilling system
Assist in ad-hoc HRproject and any other assigned admin/HR duties.

在新加坡有相关HR经验1年以上
身份:新加坡人、PR、DP、LTVP
中英文沟通顺利
(一)公司福利:
1.工作时间:周一到周五,早上9:00-下午6:00;周六周日双休;
2.工作地点:Raffles Place
3.公共假期:按照新加坡法定公共假日休息,不按照中国假日休息;
4.保险:住院、门诊医疗保险,牙科医疗报销等。
5.试用期3个月,年假14天起;
