Senior Quantity Surveyor(Tender)
Responsibilities:
· Evaluate tenders,cost estimates,manage contracts and advice on contract matters.
· Preparing and submission of tender and contract documents.
· Prepares tender bid for management’s approval
· Prepare purchase order to awarded subcontractors,process include evaluation,comparison and recommendation
· Follow up with the relevant Sub-contractors,Suppliers/Vendors,Clients and consultant during Tender and Post-Award stage
· Reviewing of project progress and cash flow with Project Manager to ensure the projects are completed on time.
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree Engineering (Civil) or equivalent;
· At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in Main con Civil Engineering
· Preferably senior executive specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
· Be able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
· Bilingual so as to communicate with Vendor/Suppliers
· Able to work in a fast paced environment and commit to long hours if required during peak period
