Requirements
~ Act as an effective board member
~ Adopt international hotel asset valuation & business acquisition models
~ Carry out finance philosophy and strategies

Education and Experience
Degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with at least 10 years experience in food and beverage service
工作描述：
负责会所的餐饮团队、服务团队、康体团队的建设和人员管理
负责会所服务规范、工作流程、培训体系、考核机制、管理制度、员工纪律的建立、实施、监督和调整，业务上要求达到和超过5星酒店的服务标准
督导实施培训计划，定期组织员工学习服务技巧与技能，对员工进行会所服务意识的训练，定期检查，不断帮助员工提高自身技能和素质
研究餐饮市场，定期同主厨研究并推出新菜单，有针对性地组织服务人员和厨师学习其他单位的先进经验和技术
与新加坡顶级餐厅、名厨、名茶艺师、名古筝演奏师、名保健师、名形象设计师 和名调酒师保持密切联系，需要时有能力邀请他们到会所提供优质服务
定期检查会所的各项设施设备，督导员工做好设施设备的保养工作，做好安全和防火工作
任职要求：
至少10年的相关的管理经验，5年以上会所或5星级酒店管理工作经验
良好的沟通能力和团队管理能力
具备分析和解决问题的能力
以客户服务为导向
出色的人际交往和社会活动能力以及敏锐的洞察力
工作地点：乌节路
薪水范围：10k-15k
