I hereby release and hold xxxx school harmless for any accidents occurred to my child during the activities/outing. I will not hold xxxx school or her staff liable or responsible, and will indemnify both against any claims or whatsoever.

我的理解是这样的声明有没有都差不多不幸出了问题，你需要证明组织方有疏忽。如果组织方有疏忽，你签没签它都有责任。
