谁能给推荐一个处理房贷事务的律师?谢拉~~
我们的房贷是跟DBS拿的,已经没有lock了,也没有prepayment penalty.
现在想把剩下的贷款还清。去找DBS, 对方说要经过律师。DBS的意思是,不管是否提前还款,还清的时候都是需要找律师做close。也就是说,律师是一定需要的。就好像当初贷款的时候也要求一定要有律师一样。但是开始贷款的时候一般银行都给律师费补贴,现在要还钱,银行自然是不会再补贴了。
打给当初买房子的那间律师事务所,对方要价800。我们觉得有点贵。
不知道这个律师费是不是可以省下来。如果不能跳过律师这一环,谁有其他的律师可以介绍的?标准采购程序,要拿三个quotation再决定嘛 :)

lawyer is a must=== fully redemption from DBS and taking from another bank--- but be careful, bank charges still applies-- better check with DBS how much you will need to pay, I paid at about $1,300 ...
so total switching cost will be ard 2k--- and if you are taking sibor or sor linked package, there is only 4 days in a year you can fully repay your loan without penalty, which is one day the interest changing day...better check with the lawyer
It is much more expensive than you would expect to switch a bank...
