问个大家都关心的找工作的问题

很多工作，（报纸上，或者jobstreet上），都要求有工作经验或者PR身份， 那么对于两者缺一或者都缺的人（例如新生毕业），申请这样的工作是不是就完全没戏？ 还是大家仍然建议去申请一下？

It does not matter at all.
My first job requires 3 years' experience and I got it without PR status or any related experience. The main thing I think is that you must show your understanding of the job and confidence to do the job well.
