问：公司付薪水方面 PR 与 EP 的优势比较

即使employee拿到手同样的钱，因为CPF的原因，雇主其实一般要多付PR至少200块，为什么他们还是愿意雇PR呢？学位还没到手，还不能申请PR的人，找工作有什么技巧？

Once you have your degree, you'll be able to get PR in short time
I guess there is a quota for most S'porean company, you can't hire more than certain percentage of foreigners, if you are a PR, probably u are not considered as foreigner...
