急问： HDB House Visit

今天下班时候收到了一张HDB 的 House Visit letter。

大概说的是今天来做house visit我们不在家，要我们打回给他。
Purpose of Visit是Tenancy Matter.

现在的情况是我们的屋子有租给朋友们，不过不是通过中介的，自己私下租的。所以一些手续也没有办。

请问会不会是因为租房子的事情被举报了呢？
这种情况应该怎么处理？

急问，希望速回。

Dear Uncle Chung, Need your advise on this HDB House Visit Matter
I just came back from work. There is a piece of HOUSE VISIT card from HDB.
The card is saying HDB staff tried to visit our house while we were not around.
The purpose of visit is Tenancy Matter.

I am the owner of this house. I have rent the house to my friends personally instead of going official through agents.

May this house visit be because of this rental issue?

What shall I do in this situation?
FYI, I got this house mid of last year.

It would appear that the purpose of the HDB’s letter is to inform that somebody might have complained about tenancy matter and officers have been dispatched to find out more.
The best thing to do is to arrange for the visit quickly find out from the officer the area of incompliance and to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
