Hi Uncle,
would like to ask you this question. I have been accused without any valid reason by someone in my class. this person keep insulting me on the group chats over the internet, and no matter how I explain, he is "so sure" about what I have done wrongly against him. however I didnt do anything and he has no valid evidence to support his proposition.
Could you let me know for a case like that, is there any ways that I can protect myself from being insulted, and to warn the person not to accuse me anymore coz it much affects my personal life.

What does your classmate say about you? What is the nature of his insults. Is what he says defamatory? The accepted legal definition of defamation is “the publication of a statement which tends to lower a person in the estimation of right-thinking members of society generally.” If the statements is defamatory you may have to instruct a lawyer and seek legal recourse to put a stop to his comments.
