Noisy neighbourhood school in the morning
Dear Uncle Chung,
We would like to seek your advice on how to deal with the noisy neighbourhood school. There is one right next to my block. They hold morning flag raising ceremony almost every morning at 7.30am. We are very annoyed by the loud national anthem they played. The volume is really quite loud especially in a quiet morning. I have wrote to them and MOE also and after which they control their volume for a little while and loud again after one or two weeks. If they can lower their volume for a little while, I suppose the volume does not necessary to be such loud. I know I could not ask them to stop but just in a tolerant volume that do not disturb others. I have several friends who also live next to a neighbourhood school, but they never suffer from such annoyed early morning alarm.
May we have your advice on this issue? We appreciate your help in advance!

maybe you can write to the principal of that school to feedback
ask your friends to email as well, if no action is taken then go to MOE
