Is sub-subletting legal?
Dear Agony Uncle,
I am sub-tenant of the current flat (which is a private house). Am I able to further sub-let it out to other sub-sub-tenants? Is there any limitations on this? And how can I verify whether the current tenancy agreement between the owner the the tenant is valid or void? Wish you may give some advise on this, thanks in advance!
