PR Renew- Passport 没有跟新 （急请教）

正在ICA 网上renew PR，有个环节卡住了，说我
Applicant has the following pending or approved renew application
-Nationality: Chinese, Travel Doc NO:123223

有谁知道是怎么回事吗？
我的passport有效期是2002－2007年，然后2006年去大使馆延期了5年（没有换新的护照）
我每次进出境新加坡是，海关都说我需要在网上跟新护照延期这回事。我猜可能是这个环节卡住了。
有人跟新过吗？应该去哪里跟新？谢谢

我的相反，护照renew，PR要怎么办，去ICA重新盖章就可以了吗？
请教有经验人士。

go to ICA, e-REP, transfer the REP to your new passport
at the end of the session, you will need to print out the new REP, which is an A4 size paper. You have to bring it together with your passport whenever travelling. No more stamp on your passport.

Get printer ready before you do it. If you don't print and close the window, you won't be able to retrieve it.

I guess it is because you did not update the new expiry date
so in ICA system, your passport has expired therefore you cannot renew REP on an expired passport. How to update - not sure, call ICA ba
