IS Manager – (1 position – Beijing)
We're looking for a technical, hands-on leader for the IS team managing China and other
countries in geographic proximity .The IS team is directly responsible for providing the IS
services in country and also influencing the strategic road maps of the corporate products so
that the in country requirements are met. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for
ensuring that IS stakeholders always have a positive for all the services under your team's
care.
Requirements:
6+ years of relevant experience, this would include managing people, Hiring IS teams,
managing life cycle of infrastructure and application services.
High technical competence and strong academic record, with knowledge of the local
language, practice and regulations.
4+ years of relevant hands-on technical experience, and a record of technical
achievement.
Capability to effectively engage with key stakeholders at site, managing customers’
expectation and thus being responsible for effective IS service delivery.
Monitoring and managing performance of IS systems, providing recommendations
and implementing them to minimize downtime.
Provide strategic direction to vendor interaction, logistics, and procurement.
Build train and maintain a technical competent and mobile work force capable of
executing to in country and world wide needs.

A Bachelor’s/Masters degree with 10 + years experience years of relevant experience.
