看了一些帖子，有些建议不要提phd 的事情，这可怎莫瞒得呀，我四年在这的身份就是phd 呀。

The application form never asks you to tell what you have done in the past several years.
As I know, for your situation, the university will issue a status letter saying "thesis under examination". Many ICA officers may question this and ask for your final degree.

别嫌我烦呀，我不想2 个星期拿EP 后， 再紧接着申请PR, 有什莫区别呀。
对不起，我急性子. PR如果被拒后，我再申请正式的EP 如何？有什莫影响吗？

如果你有MOM的EP了，ICA不会要你的本地学位。
如果你没有，ICA就要你的本地学位。
