Sales Coordinator
Responsibilities:
* Develop sales opportunity, promote & secure sales for the range of printing service and solution to customers.
* Prepare business proposals for printing service.
* Attend to verbal and written customer enquiries
* Process, monitor and expedite customer orders to ensure on-time delivery of goods
* Handle import/export documentation including L/C preparation and negotiation
* Consolidate and expedite shipments from suppliers’ factories to Singapore
* Collate vendor data; prepare monthly/quarterly sales report and costing for individual project

Requirements:
* Possess a recognised Diploma/Certificates in business related
* 1 to 2 years of working experience in a trading sales environment is preferred
* Entrepreneurial character, capable executing an effective sales strategy.
* Possess keen business acumen, results-driven and resourceful.
* Good oral and written communication skills and willing to work as a team player.
* Working Hours: Mon- Fri (9am- 6pm), Sat (9am- 1pm)
* Full-Time positions available.
