再开贴问一个工资，prop trading firm的trader和analyst

一个prop trading firm在新加坡的office。看到it在找analyst去编程，我投过去说我想试试做trader，居然也让我下星期去面试。我还没搞清是让我面coder还是面trader。不了解这一行的规矩，请问这里的大牛小牛们prop trading firm的trader或者analyst赚得怎么样，不会底薪都没有的吧?要it问我salary的话，得开口多少?本人是新人。

Algo Trading? Can ask at least 8k for base.
and remember pay more attention on profit sharing scheme

Good Luck. It is the most cutting edge thing in Qf now.
It is a very lucrative bussiness. Get in first. then next jump, you probably can get a 100% raise.

Think you should try to know their bottom line first before show your cards.
Put your cards close to your chest is always a good idea.
