Job Oppotunity: Head of Project Office

This company is a leading provider of medical equipments and services for the healthcare market. As part of the expansion plan, it is now seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to head the project management team.

Responsibilities:
lead the project management team to ensure all projects are completed within the defined time, budget and specification to the satisfaction of the customer, thus ensuring business success.
ensure effective resource planning, forecast accuracy, proactive escalation process and project plan is in place and work is executed successfully
implement measure to assess accurate project estimate to allow continuous improvement in project estimate calculation
manage customer's expectation effectively and build rapport and trust with them.
manage effective communication with all stakeholders, internal and external customers on the agreed milestones and target

Requirements:
five to seven years of experience in project management, with successful track record
strong in project management methodology
experienced in leading a project team with direct reports
experience in site planning preferred.
experience in medical equipment/technology is an advantage.
