Requirements for Consultant & Senior Analyst for A&I
The applicant must
Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field
Have minimum 2-4 years of project experience in a consulting environment
Complete the full SDLC for minimum 2 projects
Demonstrate functional experience and knowledge in the following areas
- .NET Framework, ASP.NET, C#
- Microsoft SQL or IBM DB2
- Testing procedures & QA process
- Component based development
Knowledge in Cognos, DataStage, Siebel or SeeBeyond would be advantageous
With
Creativity and analytical ability in solving problems
Good communication skills
Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work under pressure
Willingness to be based at the customer location for the duration of the project
Strong Teamwork spirit
Ability to work independently
Hands-on experience in big project (>50 developers) preferred
Leadership experience in software development preferred
Certificate in Microsoft technologies will be a plus
