IOI 到年底还卖不完的话， 10% ABSD就差不多4千万新币了。 755套房子到1月底还有 528套没卖掉，压力够大。
Interlace就不用等了
13年9月TOP，到18年才到交罚款的时候。现在经济这么不好，估计这政策也等不到那时候了。
还有剩下的基本上都是5,6千尺的跃层大套，要价5,6百万。就算打8折也不在一般人考虑范围之内。
